Since the Middle Ages, Beaconsfield has been located on major road networks between London, Bucks and the rest of the country. David Green will be taking us through the history of Beaconsfield’s historic political, commercial and social centres.
About the speaker:
David Green has been leading walks for the Bucks Historical Association since he was the Historic Landscape/Townscape Characterisation Officer for Bucks County Council. This year he will be taking us through the historic town of Beaconsfield.
